We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hydroblast Operations Manager to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of hydroblasting operations at various customer locations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Crews and Ensure Successful Job Execution: Oversee the setup and operation of hydroblast equipment, lead crews, and ensure the successful completion of jobs at customer locations.
- Interact with Customers and Fulfill Job Duties: Interact with customers, fulfill job duties as needed, and maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients.
- Represent Clean Harbors and Maintain Professional Relationships: Act in a way that is professional and representative of Clean Harbors at all times, and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Train and Mentor Employees: Train, mentor, and monitor new and existing employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed by the crew, and report any quality issues to the appropriate leadership.
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of leadership experience in a related field.
- OSHA Certification: OSHA certification may be required for this job.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Language Proficiency: Understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.
