Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of automotive and general service technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, accounting, and clerical functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
  • General automotive knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
