Job Summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to adult patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for adult patients
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as needed
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health education and training to patients and their families
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • At least six months of hands-on nursing experience, preferably in home health or adult patient care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
