Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Development Specialist to join our team at First Solar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to support the growth and development of our production operations and maintenance associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our production operations and maintenance associates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional design, video production, and online training platforms
  • Assist in data gathering and reporting to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to support their professional development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or a STEM field
  • 1-2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
