Responsibilities

The Retail Lead will be responsible for building and leading a dynamic team of up to 25 part-time Product Demonstrators and Juicers in a single Sam's Club location. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, auditing, and coaching team members on effective customer engagement techniques with an emphasis on food safety and overall customer experience.
  • Performing and managing demonstration operations onsite and working in cooperation with Club management to facilitate daily compliance and execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading in an execution-centric environment
  • Food safety experience, Fast Food experience beneficial
  • Customer-facing comfort level with a pleasant personal demeanor
  • Active role requires lifting, standing, and wide range of motion
