Job Title: Senior SAP S4 HANA Program Manager

Are you a seasoned program manager with expertise in SAP S4 HANA implementation? Do you have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget? We're seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP S4 HANA Program Manager to lead our end-to-end implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and integration of business processes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.
  • Manage project schedules using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint project sites.
  • Ensure high-quality project schedules, baselines, and variance reporting.
  • Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Publish weekly status reports on project activities, issues, and accomplishments.
  • Ensure all operational readiness review activities are completed on time.
  • Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for RFPs and ongoing vendor support.
