Waterfall Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team of professionals committed to providing exceptional care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will collaborate closely with families, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and effective support for each child.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy services to children with ASD in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community.
  • Train caregivers and staff on ABA techniques and strategies to promote generalization of skills.
  • Collaborate with families to set goals, monitor progress, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all services provided.
  • Stay current on best practices in ABA therapy and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Unrestricted Oregon license administered by the Behavior Analyst Regulatory Board (BARB) to practice Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
  • Experience working with children with ASD in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
