Position Overview

The Finance – Operations Analyst at Kashiv Biosciences LLC plays a crucial role in liaising between the operations and finance departments to guarantee precise production planning, accurate financial reporting of manufacturing expenses, and effective cash flow management. This dynamic role demands a proactive and results-oriented professional with a solid background in the Pharmaceutical sector, alongside expertise in project management and demand forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with Operations leadership to strategize manufacturing activities and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders as the company expands into international markets.
  • Manage resources and coordinate team efforts to deliver products in alignment with contractual obligations and corporate objectives.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve production challenges, constraints, and risks effectively.
  • Prepare and present plan versus actual performance updates to management, highlighting any risks or delays along with proposed solutions.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure alignment across the organization.

Support and Coordination

  • Serve as the primary contact for Operations, Finance, and Executive teams, facilitating day-to-day information sharing and problem resolution.
  • Maintain and update bills of materials within the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry for daily operational activities, including material issuance, consumption, and batch completion.
  • Develop demand plans that align manufacturing and procurement with customer requirements, advising management of any constraints promptly.
  • Oversee various third-party customer orders, making necessary adjustments to quantities as required.
  • Assist in project planning, reporting, and maintaining effective communication across all departments, vendors, and customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the main point of contact for all manufacturing operations among internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, procurement, and finance, as well as external vendors and customers, to foster excellent service and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally to facilitate alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business management or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience; project management experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Accounting modules, is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • Strong understanding of drug product manufacturing and commercialization; experience with biologics is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management techniques and principles.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures is required.

Work Environment

The work environment is general and requires the ability to perform essential functions effectively. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial. Some travel may be involved.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not include direct reports.
