Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Tropicale Foods, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Compensation: Provide analytical support to the HR Leadership, including research, data analysis, and reporting. Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure internal equity is maintained.
- Benefits: Partner with the benefits team to develop and execute benefits strategies. Communicate retirement plan information and oversee 401(k) administration.
- Project Coordination: Support the execution of initiatives and projects, including benefits billing, invoicing, and eligibility audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continual improvement in benefit programs and processes.
- 4-6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably with high growth organizations.
- Experience in conducting market analyses and benchmarking.
- Project coordination skills with experience in supporting the execution of initiatives.
- Advanced experience with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting tools.
