Job Title: Regional Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Medical Director to lead our Gotham Health Network in Brooklyn, New York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating clinical strategy for ambulatory care transformation across the region, integrating and implementing evidence-based clinical practices, and providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Create clinical strategy for ambulatory care transformation across the region
  • Integrate and implement evidence-based clinical practices
  • Provide direct patient care at a minimum of 2 clinical sessions per week
  • Quality analytics, clinical reporting, and risk management
  • Assessment of clinical providers
  • Finance, budget, and reimbursements
  • Recruitment strategies
Qualifications:
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or equivalent care of specialization
  • Masters degree with a specialization in Health Care Administration, Administrative Medicine or in Public Health from an accredited college or university
  • Ten (10) years of full-time clinical experience, including five (5) years of supervisory experience
  • An equivalent combination of training, education and experience in related fields and educational disciplines
