Job Title: Associate Chiropractor

At HealthSource Chiropractic, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Chiropractor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the clinical operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Perform community outreach and build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers to expand our patient base.
  • Conduct consults with patients, reviewing health and medical histories, questioning, observing, and examining patients to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
  • Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess musculoskeletal system imbalances.
  • Perform chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct musculoskeletal system imbalances, where necessary.
  • Practice a variety of therapeutic modalities, including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care, providing a recommended course of treatment and maintaining accurate case histories.
  • Build positive doctor-patient relationships, maintaining accurate and timely patient records, and recommending and explaining details of the care plan.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment.
Compensation:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
