About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Hudson Bay Health & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team, providing geriatric care and rehabilitation services to our residents.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on restoring function and improving mobility.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families, promoting autonomy and independence.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to state and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Six months of experience in a long-term care environment, preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $42.60 - $50.91.
  • Full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
