Job Description

Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based treatment to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide training and supervision to BCAs and RBTs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
  • BCaBA/BCBA Certification or 1 year of experience providing ABA services
  • Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
