Job Responsibilities

As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will work in post-acute facilities in the area, providing high-quality care to residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs.
  • Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents.
  • Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects.
  • Reviewing residents charts and medical records.
  • Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility.
  • Maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies.
  • Participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
  • Helping with the orientation and training of medical staff.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as an LPN with IntelyCare, you will need:

  • A current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
  • A high school diploma (or GED/equivalent).
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role).
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
