We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to resident care plans and monitoring vital signs
  • Administer medications, track resident wellbeing, and document health concerns
  • Participate in IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Assist with staff orientation and training
  • Maintain accurate medical records and supplies
Requirements
  • Current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an LPN or related role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
