Job Title:
Okta Cloud Services Specialist

Job Summary:
VLink is seeking a highly skilled Okta Cloud Services Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and maintaining Okta SaaS/IpaaS cloud services and Data Management systems. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of development best practices, continuous integration, source control, and code reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Okta SaaS/IpaaS cloud services and Data Management systems
• Translate business requirements into design specifications and configurations
• Analyze industry and technology trends and advise clients on Okta portal enhancement
• Manage the timely flow of Okta product changes to users
• Identify and analyze Okta trends and their implications for business strategy
• Create and maintain a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Okta Identity and Access Management tools
• Strong understanding of development best practices, continuous integration, source control, and code reviews
• Proficiency with modern front-end technologies & API designs
• Experience with professional software development experience with HTML, Javascript, Python, or other professional programming language(s)
• Experience in troubleshooting related to ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data quality issues
• Hands-on development, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
• Ability to work in a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Verbal and written communication skills

Educational Requirements:
bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
