About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Specialist to join our team at Cisco. As a key member of our Collaboration Technology Group, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT, executives, HR, training, sales, and procurement teams to drive customer success.
  • Sell the full suite of our Cloud Collaboration products, software, solutions, and services to new and existing customers.
  • Build Cisco's relevance in delivering Cloud Collaboration Experiences through solution development, partner ecosystem, marketing, and more.
  • Lead and orchestrate Cisco and Partner resources to identify and qualify opportunities, close engagements, and achieve product and services bookings targets.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases to customers, maintaining expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case.
  • Partner closely with Engineers/Architects to align technology architecture with customer business outcomes and ensure customer success.
  • Share detailed execution plans and progress with field leadership and account teams.
  • Improve Cisco's solution portfolio over time by suggesting improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.
