Soliant, a leading provider of educational services, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Hampton, NH.

About the Role

This role involves working directly with students to address speech, language, and communication challenges. As an SLP, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to support student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech and language abilities, and develop targeted treatment plans to address their unique needs.
  • Therapy Services: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students, focusing on developing effective communication skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and student outcomes.
  • IEP Participation: Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to the development of educational strategies and goals.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • CCC-SLP certification is highly desirable, but Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
