We are on the lookout for driven individuals to fill the role of Automotive Service Center Manager. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare accurate estimates
- Promote and sell services
- Manage invoicing and payments using Mitchell Manager 5.9/SE
- Order necessary parts
- Exhibit self-motivation
- Set and achieve goals
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate within a team setting
- Demonstrate basic computer skills (proficiency in MS Office is a plus)
- Maintain physical stamina for extended periods of standing
- Perform light lifting (up to 30 lbs)
