We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 195. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in our community.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Client Care and Support: Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients and their families, promoting a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless client care and contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in the field.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field and current licensure as a therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, etc.)
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in completing treatment plans and clinical case notes, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work with diverse client populations.
  • Technology and Software: Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
