- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, education, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field, with a valid clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Experience and Skills: Proven experience in outpatient mental health settings, with expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
