Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces
  • Assist with rehabilitation and therapy programs, as needed

Requirements:

  • Active license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
  • Two professional references, including one supervisor
  • Current Covid-19 vaccination

Northern Base is a rehabilitation center located in Concord, NH. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to residents with a variety of needs and conditions.
