About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at Encompass Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist nurses with patient care and treatments, including daily personal activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and transport patients, communicating patient concerns to nurses as needed.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
  • Celebrate patient victories and milestones achieved during their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • State-issued LNA (or similar) license preferred.
