About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven MDU Account Executive to join our team at Bluepeak Advisors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with residential multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties, maximizing product and service penetration, and generating new revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase service penetration and revenue in MDU properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MDU property managers, owners, and leasing agents
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to promote Bluepeak's fiber internet services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications or multi-dwelling unit industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
