Job Summary

The Fleet Card Credit Representative is responsible for managing Fuelz Fleet Card accounts including credit approval, collections, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer credit applications and reports for new and existing customers.
  • Monitor fleet card portfolio account aging and communicate with Credit Manager.
  • Assist in collecting delinquent accounts and process customer ACH payments.
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service departments on fleet card account needs.
  • Cross-train in general Credit department functions for backup support.
  • Perform Credit tasks in fleet card vendor system.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Credit or Accounting.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and/or iFleet, FleetNet, MDUI preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of providing fresh perspectives and improving quality.
