Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Project Management Team to develop and refine corporate procedure documentation.
• Assist the project management team in all aspects of project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Coordinate with the Project Management and Accounting teams to update monthly Work in Progress reports and support billing and collections processes.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, acquiring and applying comprehensive knowledge of our project management methodologies while ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
• Plan, execute, and deliver results effectively.
Qualifications:
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred, ideally in Business Administration or Construction Management.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with permitting and code research is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Gantt chart creation and project timelines is preferred.
• Ability to maintain an organized workplace.
