Heavy Equipment Mechanic Position

Prolink is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team.
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday 7am-5pm, with some overtime opportunities.
We offer competitive pay, up to $45/hour, based on level of experience, as well as benefits from day one and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, repair, service, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and parts installation and replacement on diesel powered equipment used in various industries.
- Work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics, diesel, and electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Use testing and diagnostic equipment and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Interpret technical instruction manuals, service and safety manuals, and operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, lifting 50-80 lbs.
- High School Diploma.
- Vocational/Technical training at an accredited school or relevant military experience preferred.
- At least 5-6 years of experience working on related equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
