Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Management Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our communities, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Care: Supervise all interaction with customers and management companies, association managers, activities directors, gate attendants, arc boards, vendors, and supplier personnel.
  • Community Management: Manage the creation and supervision of community structures, including master and sub-homeowner associations, maintenance free designations, community development districts, and condominium and common associations.
  • Homeowner and Condominium Management: Facilitate meetings, schedule physical reviews of properties, and manage the preparation, establishment, and operation of homeowner, condominium, and commercial associations.
  • Department of Real Estate: Coordinate with title companies, drive new communities for public report disclosures, review environmental reports, and work with land development and sales and marketing teams.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure proper maintenance, housekeeping, and service standards are being executed by management companies, supervise staff evaluations and development programs, and oversee facilities access and security protocol.
  • Homebuilding and Sales Coordination: Coordinate with homebuilding, land, customer service, sales, and administration teams on community needs and requests.
  • Community Management Cost Control: Maintain community management schedules, provide direction to land department and management companies on community budgets, and ensure timely service in collaboration with the land team.
  • Financial Analysis & Review: Analyze and review community homeowner associations and CDD financial statements, provide recommendations to senior management, and coordinate with Land and Finance department on development proformas and forecasts.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in Community Management
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Strong self-organization skills
