Oncology Director/Navigator

We are seeking a seasoned nurse to lead our Oncology Director/Navigator role. This is a professional exempt position with a staff of 4.

• Synthesize inputs for Oncology Commercialization on regional and local market dynamics/health care system/development needs, and outputs to drive strategies and effective local execution.
• Ensure understanding and implementation of worldwide brand strategy in the local markets.
• Act as a strategic advisor/thought partner to the regional and local markets' business leaders on key business issues, and on regional and local execution.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer across markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with matrix team members in the regions and Mid-size and Cluster markets.
• Maintain key links into global brand clinical activities by maintaining collaborative working relationship with Oncology medical physicians including Medical Science Director (MSD), Clinical Research Scientists, Regional Directors and Directors of Medical Alignment.
• Lead vision for oncology (solid tumor/hematology) training for Medical Affairs.
• Set the vision for Medical Affairs oncology training, direct and implement short and long term plans for Janssen Medical Affairs hematology training.
• Has overall responsibility for leading and mentoring clinical study teams, monitoring overall study integrity, and review, interpretation, and communication of accumulating data pertaining to safety and efficacy of the molecule.
• May chair Clinical Strategy Team(s), with responsibility for development of a rigorous, cross-functionally-aligned, vetted Clinical Development Plan with full consideration of contingencies and alternative approaches.
