We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit at Trinity Health Michigan. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:- Perform specific nursing interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse and/or Physician to support attainment of treatment goals.
- Obtain necessary clinical data from patient, family, or significant other.
- Administer medications and inform patients about planned procedures and treatments.
- Perform activities delegated by the RN and/or Physician, including venipuncture, initiating and discontinuing IVs, and inserting and discontinuing urinary catheters.
- Current and active license to practice as LPN in the State of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
- One year of specialized nursing education and proof of successful completion of pharmacology course.
