Key Responsibilities:- Support clients in developing independent living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Assist clients in managing their mental health and substance abuse challenges through evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting a sense of safety and well-being
- Document client progress and provide regular updates to treatment teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
