Residential Specialist

As a Residential Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in developing independent living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Assist clients in managing their mental health and substance abuse challenges through evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting a sense of safety and well-being
  • Document client progress and provide regular updates to treatment teams
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse challenges
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude, compassion, and respect for clients and colleagues
