Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the hospital's scheduling system
  • Process payments and handle client transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and case flow

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
