About the Job

This Front Desk Ambassador will serve as the primary point of contact for guests entering and departing our hotel, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous assistance to guests at check-in and check-out, including handling room assignments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by being proactive in addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback services, which include food preparation, set up, and clean-up.
  • Promote company programs and services to guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and other technology used in the hospitality industry.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
