Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers promptly and courteously, gathering necessary vehicle information when possible.
- Support Service Advisors in maintaining an organized service drive.
- Safely maneuver customer vehicles from the service drive to the workshop.
- Secure vehicle keys according to established safety protocols.
- Foster positive relationships with team members and other departments within the dealership.
- Adhere to dealership procedures for delivering vehicles, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Assist colleagues in maintaining dealership operations effectively.
- Work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Must be at least eighteen years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
