Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Truck Team Member to join our team at our Columbus-Graceland, OH store. As a Truck Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing, while also providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and stock merchandise from trucks, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and helping customers find products they need.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store recovery efforts to maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
