Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience and exceeding customer expectations by focusing on decreasing wait time, friendly customer interaction, and service recovery.
- Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about our peaches and products, including how to properly condition a peach, and communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Offerings and Promotions: Champion our offerings, ensuring informed, educated, and promoted offerings for an enhanced shopping experience.
- Problem Resolution: Respond promptly to any negative customer experiences, de-escalating situations, and supporting the team in making things right for the customer.
- Customer Appreciation: Thank customers in a genuine way and let them know we're happy they chose to purchase from The Peach Truck.
- Bagging and Safety: Bag peaches during downtime while being available for customers and work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others.
- Scheduling and Flexibility: Work a flexible schedule aligning with customer and business needs, which includes working Saturday and Sunday.
- Age and Eligibility: 18 years of age or older and eligibility to work in the United States in compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Driver's License and Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from your work location.
- Previous Experience: Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Lifting and Physical Demands: Ability to lift safely 40+ pound boxes repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Adaptability and Communication: Welcoming and helpful attitude with a strong work ethic, ability to work outdoors in various climates, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members.
- Time Management and Organization: Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Previous Experience in Food Service: Previous experience working in food service is preferred.
