Key Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and complex maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building automation systems, with a focus on HVAC systems in commercial settings.
  • System Diagnostics and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems, including BACnet, DDC controls, ALC, Alerton, Tridium Niagara, and Distech, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • System Installation and Commissioning: Assist with installing and commissioning building automation systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, explaining technical details, and offering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate service records, prepare detailed reports on system performance, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • Local Candidate: Must be a local candidate with a proven track record of stability in previous roles.
  • Experience: At least three years of hands-on experience in building automation control services, particularly in commercial HVAC systems.
  • System Proficiency: Proficiency with BACnet, DDC controls, ALC, Alerton, Tridium Niagara, and Distech systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and fix complex issues with building automation systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
