Position Overview - Sales Associate/Receiving

The ideal candidate will embody our Core Values and possess a vibrant, positive, and customer-centric approach.
  • Prioritize customer needs above all else.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and share this information with customers.
  • Achieve daily operational objectives as directed by management.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and application.
  • Exhibit strong merchandising capabilities.
  • Manage incoming shipments and maintain organized receiving and storage areas.
  • Ensure shipment accuracy.
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, or current enrollment in school.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs.
  • Familiarity with DIY projects, tools, plumbing, electrical, and paint is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 80lbs.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive demeanor.
Compensation: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
