Maintenance Team Lead

Sterling Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of technicians in ensuring the optimal performance and uptime of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective equipment maintenance.
- Hire, train, and develop maintenance technicians to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
- Recommend improvements to production processes and equipment, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Manage maintenance budgets and inventory, optimizing resource allocation.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance, ensuring seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with PLC, VFD, and motor control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
