- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
- Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health from competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve performance in our pharmacy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our pharmacy remains at the forefront of patient care.
- Active pharmacy license in the state where employed.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Pharmacist in charge listed on the pharmacy state license.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
