  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Respond to resident service requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform on-call emergency service as required.
  • Work with the property management team to develop and implement maintenance budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure that all maintenance staff are following safe work practices and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain all mechanical equipment, including HVAC units, water heaters, and other systems.
  • Assist with capital improvement projects and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating maintenance staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
