Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure resident satisfaction through timely and effective maintenance services.
  • Direct and supervise maintenance functions, including scheduling, assignment of work, and record keeping.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance duties, diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Manage vendors, submit reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle service requests for vacant apartments to ensure they are market-ready.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
  • Ability to perform general janitorial duties.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and use hand tools and power tools safely.
