KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively seek out new residential mortgage opportunities to achieve set quality and production benchmarks.
  • Build and nurture a robust network of professional relationships to secure a consistent flow of mortgage loan referrals. This network may include real estate agents, mortgage industry peers, builders, and other personal and professional contacts.
  • Expand your network by engaging in business development activities, participating in community events, visiting local mosques, and collaborating with Islamic community leaders.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Devon Bank's lending programs, operational procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Distribute marketing materials tailored for Muslim communities.
  • Organize and conduct educational workshops at mosques and community gatherings.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of continuous experience in a mortgage-related role, with a proven track record of generating self-sourced business.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory to connect with potential business sources.
  • Capability to facilitate Islamic finance transactions across multiple states.
  • S.A.F.E. Act licensing is required prior to employment.
  • Conversational proficiency in Arabic or Urdu is advantageous.
