We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless execution of our services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of services, including vehicle remarketing, digital marketing, and software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in our services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and quality in our operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in customer service, operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.
