Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to ensure excellent patient care and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
• Provide training and guidance to pharmacy staff on new products, procedures, and policies.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure budgetary compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and community organizations to promote pharmacy services and improve patient outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
• U.S. pharmacy related experience.
