Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and dispensing medications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments, including healthcare and wellness, to provide comprehensive patient care
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure budgetary compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement plans to improve pharmacy operations, including process improvements and staff development

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
• U.S. pharmacy related experience
