Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide a team of Care Team Associates (CTA)
  • Ensure personalized care services are provided according to patient needs and preferences
  • Achieve operational and growth objectives, including essential performance indicators
  • Maintain the quality of services in alignment with company standards
  • Encourage a motivated workforce
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies
  • Support CTAs in their daily responsibilities, including patient and caregiver screening, onboarding, staffing, communication with patients and families, and conducting on-site visits as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred experience of two or more years in healthcare leadership
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • Strong passion and commitment to assisting those in need
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate patient and employee needs
