Spectrum Reach, a leading advertising sales business, seeks an experienced professional to lead its rapidly growing national addressable and programmatic CTV business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account development plans to increase sales and expand market share by leveraging Spectrum Reach's full portfolio of best-in-class advanced TV ad solutions.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure success in achieving company and client business objectives
  • Achieve personal and team targets for programmatic and addressable TV revenue

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of national sales experience with a proven track record of building customer partnerships and achieving sales budgets. In-depth knowledge of data, analytics, online/digital ad technology, and previous experience incorporating these attributes into sales strategies are essential.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong ability to influence while building strong relationships at all levels both externally and internally.

Salary:

$150,000 - $200,000 per year
