Clinical Educator and Practitioner

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Educator and Practitioner to join our team at UT Southwestern Medical Center. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $80,000-$105,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs for nurses and other healthcare staff, as well as conducting needs assessments and evaluating program effectiveness. You will also be responsible for partnering with interdisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based education programs and promoting best practices in clinical care.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of directly related experience. You must also be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Texas Board of Nursing and certified in Nursing Professional Development within 1-1/2 years of hire. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing with 5 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.
