About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our clinical education department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing educational programs for our clinical staff.

Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site position supporting both our Dallas and Plano campuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational activities and programs based on identified practice gaps for specific target audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage onboarding and orientation programs for clinical personnel.
  • Create and implement ongoing competency programs for clinical staff.
  • Design and deliver educational activities and programs using adult learning principles.
  • Foster continuous growth through lifelong learning initiatives.
  • Integrate best research evidence into didactic and clinical education design.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 3 years of related clinical and/or nursing experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, while a graduate or professional work or advanced degree is preferred. National specialty certification appropriate for area(s) of responsibility is also desired.

Estimated Salary: $83,500 - $115,000 per year

This estimate is based on industry standards for similar positions in the Dallas area. Your actual salary may vary depending on your qualifications and experience.
